At Felicitas Gift, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
